Currently, Shellarite ships only within Tamil Nadu, India. We are working towards expanding our delivery network to other states soon.

Dispatch Timeline

All orders will be dispatched on the next day following order confirmation.

Please note our operational hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next available operational slot. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Partner

We currently ship through Delhivery. Oncee your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS to track your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Tamil Nadu, depending on your location and the courier's schedule. Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier handling charges must be paid in advance at the time of placing the order.
