Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following modes of payment:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Debit Card / Credit Card
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available within Tamil Nadu only

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders within Tamil Nadu, with a minimum order value of ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000 are eligible for prepaid payment options only.

Please note the following conditions for COD orders:

  • Courier handling charges must be paid in advance at the time of order placement.
  • Please keep the exact change ready at the time of delivery.
  • If an order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, future COD privileges for that account may be restricted.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders) or order is placed (for COD), you will receive a confirmation via email provided at the check-out with your order details.

Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Shellarite does not store any card or banking information on our servers
