Shellarite does not offer monetary refunds as a standard policy.

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, entirely at the discretion of the owner. In such cases, refunds may be issued as store credit or via the original payment method, depending on the situation.

Note: Courier handling charges paid in advance for COD orders are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. In the rare event of a lost or undelivered shipment due to courier fault, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
